It is no surprise that goalies have very different demands. Aside from mental pressure, they need to have cat-like reflexes and superior flexibility. This program will improve goalie specific performance and reduce the potential for injury.

 

Here are some benefits:

  • More comfortable in your VH

  • Free up movement in your hips

  • Quicker from pads to skates

  • Explosive but controlled lateral push

  • Reduce forces placed on the hips

  • Specific Flexibility and Mobility work

  • Nutritional consult

  • Game Day Supplementation 

  • Limited to 6 Participants

  • Dates April 18th to June 24th

April 16th:

Physical Assessment and Testing

April 18th - May 13th:

SPP (Specific Preparatory Phase)

May 16th - June 3rd:

Intensification Phase

june 6th - JUNE 24th
