Our Staff

Everyone on the Institute 3E staff has at a minimum, a four year degree in Exercise Science. In addition to that, the majority of our staff has nationally accredited certifications in the most respected strength and conditioning organizations. Education has been the foundation of our training procedures, but it is our practical experience working in the weight room that has led to our success with high level athletes.
